Karmen Connects would not exist without the LGBTQIA+ elders who paved the way. I do this work for them, for us, and for the next generation.
I donate a small share of profits to the following organizations:
The Ali Forney Center: A 24-hour program that strives to protect Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning and at-risk youth from the harms of homelessness and empower them with the tools needed to be independent.
SAGE: A national advocacy and services organization that’s been looking out for LGBTQ+ elders since 1978. SAGE builds welcoming communities and stays in the national conversation to ensure a fulfilling future for all LGBTQ+ people.
